Surrounding Areas- $375.00 (includes written report)

(up to 3,000 square feet; includes free 120 day  limited warranty from 3rd party provider)

Rush Inspection/Rush Report- Additional $100.00

Same day/next day inspections are possible depending on our schedule. Written reports are completed and emailed directly to the client & Realtor (with permission) within 48 hours of the time the inspection was completed. Reports include color photographs. Access to all photographs taken are available via Google Drive, Microsoft One Drive, or Drop Box if requested. We encourage buyers to be present during the inspections and will accommodate most schedules to ensure they can attend (evenings & weekends are available). We issue free limited home warranty protection from Complete Home Warranty.  We only conduct residential inspections. We do NOT conduct commercial property inspections.
